Visibility Issues When Accessing Queue Management Screen For TF with Senior Supervisor (Doc ID 2866191.1)

Goal

When logged in as Senior Supervisor, there are some total count of alerts are shown in the queue dashboard when he click on queue and view all alerts none of the alerts shown inside the queue.

Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Login with Senior Supervisor
Step2: Entered into Queue Management
Step3: Navigate to the queue and see the Total count of alerts.
Step4: click on view all alerts and there is no alert, even if there is total count in queue dashboard.

Expected result: Senior Supervisor should get alert which is shown as total count in the queue dashboard inside the specific queue as well .
Actual result: When he click on queue and view all alerts none of the alerts shown inside the queue.
Issue Encountered: Queue dashboard count and alerts inside the queue are not in sync
