Discount Methods Not Showing Correct Product Hierarchy Folder (Doc ID 2866407.1)

When attempting to edit a discount methods, found it is showing a different hierarchy than it was defined. Proceed to change to previously selected folder and hierarchy and received below warning.

Warning:
"All your defined definitions will be deleted. Do you want to continue?"
When you select YES, then the definition got deleted.

Steps To Replicate:
1. Created a new Discount Method name "Test Discount Method" and selected Product Hierarchy folder "SEGMENT" and Product Hierarchy "UR_HIERARCHY".
2. Save the discount method.
3. Edit the same discount method, observed that Product Hierarchy folder and Product Hierarchy are showing different folder and hierarchy and Assumption Browser shows initializing.
4. Update Product Hierarchy folder to "SEGMENT" and Product Hierarchy to "UR_HIERARCHY" and received warning above.
