ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer noticed that when upgrading OHF 8.2 Data Model in their Pre Production environment the installer run very slowly for 8 hours.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected OHF 8.2 Data Model to run in less than an hour.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Data Model upgrade from OHF 8.0.1 to 8.2
2. The installer run very slowly for 8 hours
