The Trouble Ticket > View Design > Print Preview window opens a blank screen and takes a long time to display the design information.
1. Order Management.
2. Trouble Ticket Queue.
3. Select (highlight) a Trouble Ticket.
4. Click on the Service Item tab.
5. Click "View Design...".
6. Select the desired Issue Number/Order Number row.
7. Click "View Design..." to open the Print Preview window (w_circuitdesignprintpreview_print). Note a blank screen appears and takes a long time to display the design information.
Typically observed after upgrading or other major changes to the environment. See CAUSE section.
