Qn1: How Location based charging can be handled at Elastic Charging Engine(ECE) side.
There were bundles specific to some location in the country. These bundles should be consumed only when the Credit-Control Requests (CCR) comes from these cell-id's of specific location .
How to achieve this requirement?

Qn2: Incase, there are 10k cell id's, suggesting to put each cell id condition in generic selector?

Qn3: For One Location there are 10k cell id's. Looking for Location based charging as part of product feature without any customization how to achieve this ?
