Symptoms

The PX program writes records to a file located on the Agile application server.  Error during PX execution, java.io,FileNotFoundException: D:\AgilePx\Config (Access is Denied)

The folder security allows everyone Full access.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new PX program to auto fills attributes & write records to a file located on the Agile application server
2. Activate new PX program by making a Change Order with the WebClient
3. Receive error: Error during PX execution, java.io,FileNotFoundException: D:\AgilePx\Config (Access is Denied)
