Batch Payment Processed Records Moving Directly to History Tab

Symptoms
At the bottom of the batch payment processing page, it says that 'Process records move to the History tab after 24 hours'. But these records are not visible anywhere in the page. The processed records are directly moved to the history tab even before completing of 24 hours.
Step to reproduce:
1. Open Billing Care
2. Click on Batch Payment Tab
3. Click Import
4. Import any Batch Payment template
5. Click process
6. Wait for it to get processed
This file moves to history tab.
Current result :
The file moves directly to history tab without staying in the current page for 24 hours as mentioned at the left corner down below of the page ‘Process records move to the History tab after 24 hours’
Expected result:
The processed files should stay in the same page for at least 24 hours.
