DEFI Screen Is Not Reflecting newly added columns (Doc ID 2871309.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

unable to view newly added columns in the DEFI screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

Based on the add/view/edit operation, DEFI form should show the newly added columns.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE

1. Create/edit a form using the Forms Designer.
2. select the table to which the columns were added

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot select the newly added columns in the form designer as they are not visible.
