Sort Function Does Not Work on Bulk Reporting Screen (Doc ID 2871637.1)

Symptoms

Populated the Bulk Reporting with a destination that has multiple reports due - sort on Due Date or Case Number for example.
The displayed results are not sorted, but random. Print the list and it will be sorted correctly.

1. Log in to Argus Safety, Go to Reports > Bulk Reporting in the menu
2. Do not click on any Field labels to sort
   Case Number is NOT sorted correctly

3. Click on Case Number to sort (desc)
   seems to be sorted correctly by case number, but not by initial/followup within a case

4. Log out and Log in again
   Click on Due Date to sort (asc), sorted correctly

5. Click on Case Number to sort (desc), not sorted correctly,

6. Click on Suspect Product to sort (desc)
   not sorted alphabetically
