Goal

Question 1: The OFSAA FTP 8.1.2 install documentation list Python 3.9.4 as required 3rd Party Software which needs to be licensed. The install guide also mentions "OFSAA Licensing Information User Manual Release 8.1.2.0.0" should be reviewed. In this user manual there is mention of JExcel 3.6.1 and jQuery 3.5.1 software that must be licensed.
There are install steps for Python 3.9.4. Where are the install steps for JExcel 3.6.1 and  jQuery 3.5.1?

Question 2: Does JExcel 3.6.1 and jQuery 3.5.1 need to be installed or are these only needed for a special piece of functionality?

Question 3: Are separate licenses required for the third party software documented for FTP in the "OFSAA Licensing Information User Manual Release 8.1.2.0.0"?
The documentation mentions acquiring a license for Python 3.9.4 and additional components that are bundled with the Python installation. What type of license is required and how should this be acquired?
