Symptoms

Item attribute records are not populated for new items in RWMS

While creating a new item from RMS, we have added UDA's in RMS and then approve the item but we could not find any records in item attribute table for the same item in RWMS.
However all UDA messages got processed successfully in RWMS.

If we are adding UDA's for any existing item then it is flowing correctly.
