Symptoms

While creating a tenant in Argus Safety v 8.2.3. Multi-tenant environment, the customer has noticed facing following error: "New Enterprise Setup Has Been Cancelled Due to Internal Database Error. Please Contact Your System Administrator".

This issue was noticed when environment was upgraded to Argus 8.2.3.1. Below error was observed in CMN_ERROR_LOG

ORA-02291: integrity constraint (ARGUS_APP.FK1_CODE_LIST_DETAIL_DISCRETE)
