Goal

On FTP 8.1.x version, why doesn’t TP process populate FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS table despite activating Detailed Cash Flows from Audit Option tab.

If user runs the process and the transfer_rate, tp_average_life and charge_credit_trate columns from fsi_d_loan_contracts are NOT NULL, the FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS table is not populated with the cashflows.

But, if user updates these columns with NULL, the FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS table is then populated.

Why is this behavior happening?
