Symptoms
On : 12.0.0.4.0 version, Customer Registration
Customer has implemented a customization which changes the lifecycle state of all services, whenever a first usage occurred for any one services in the account. When that logic gets triggered for accounts present in Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), but missing in (Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), PCM_OP_CUST_UPDATE_SERVICES opcode is called to modify the service's lifecycle state (even though the previous call to PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SET_VALIDITY failed). This service does not exists in BRM database causing failure in reading it and resulting in a core dump.
NOTE: It is not valid state to have accounts in ECE but not in BRM, so this core dump will never occur once the data is corrected. However, BRM side fixing the issue.
