Symptoms

Connection requests not being sent successfully from SARM to JNEP until restart.

This is a new installation of ASAP 7.3.0.7.0 (the source code was ported from ASAP 7.0.2)

Work order remained stuck in the ready queue until ASAP is restarted.

The issue is not reproducible at will.

Workaround:

Restart ASAP
