Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The users use P6 through Citrix and have issues with printing as the printer icon in P6 is grayed out.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Print from P6 without any issues

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open P6 Professional via citrix
  2. Open a project and Print icons are disabled
