FTP UI Screens Blank After Applying Jan CPU OFSAAI 8.0.7.7.0 Patch 33511716 (Doc ID 2874044.1)

Symptoms

On FTP 8.0.7.4.0, after applying the Jan CPU OFSAAI 8.0.7.7.0 <Patch 33511716> and <Patch 33874579>, many FTP screens are no longer loading and showing as blank. The following error is shown after clicking F12 in browser:

ERROR

/OFSAA/libs/jquery/jquery-3.4.1.min.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
at jquery-ui-1.12.1.min.js:6:75
at jquery-ui-1.12.1.min.js:6:84


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply AAI 8.0.7.7.0 and Patch 33874579
2. Login and check screens
