PDC UI Throws ADF_FACES-60097 Error for Users With Reviewer Role (Doc ID 2874709.1)

Symptoms

On Pricing and Design Center (PDC) 12.0 PS4, the PDC User Interface (PDC UI) throws "ADF_FACES-60097" error while clicking on any object in the menu (package, bundle ... etc...).
It is happening for any user which has Reviewer Role.
