"Server 500 Error" Trying To Access The AC Library

Symptoms
While attempting to view the Advanced Condition (AC) Library user was presented with "Server 500 error", plus the following:
The output confirmed that the corresponding AC had been soft deleted.
There is no corresponding error in any log files.
Changes
User added a new AC.
