OC 5.4.0 - Unable to generate Annotated Layout :

Steps:

Connect to OC
Navigate to Definition > DCIs > DCIs
In Maintain Study DCIs select DCI > Special > DCI Layout > Edit Provisional Layout
In the Edit Layout select File > Create Annotated Layout

Result:

A new page is opened with the text : 'File not found'
