5G CHF Httpgateway CDR Not Generating for PS4 IP6 After IP6 Upgrade (Doc ID 2878382.1)

Goal

An unrated Call Detail Record (CDR) is not getting generated by httpgateway for 5G charging request, although records are getting posted to the database properly.
The checkpoint timestamp is crossing CDR closure time, but CDRs are not been picked, why?
