Actual Behavior

Chinese characters appear garbled when opening the CSV file generated by Agile Administrator Report from Microsoft Excel


Expected Behavior

Able to read the Chinese characters appropriately when opening the CSV file generated by Agile Administrator Report from Microsoft Excel

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client as admin user
2. Go to Reports > Standard Report > Administrator Report > Agile Classes Report
3. Execute
4. Select the classes to export, and Finish
5. See Agile_Classes_Report.csv file is exported
6. Save the file
7. Open the CSV file with Microsoft Excel. See the Chinese characters in the contents are garbled
