Symptoms
On : 2.5.0.1.0 version,
when using mouse to drag and pan in viewer, viewer seems to keep panning after button released
Users noticed that when they are panning in the web workspace viewer with the mouse by selecting and dragging, the map seems to continue to pan beyond when the mouse was released The viewer should stop panning as soon as the mouse button is released
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: On a system with viewer.use_animation_for_focus=false, use the mouse to pan the viewer. Lift up on the mouse button while continue to move the mouse. The pan should stop as soon as the mouse button was released, but occasionally does not.
