Conditions Configured With a Location of 5 (Device Center) Get Drawn to the Side of Conductors Instead of the Mid-point

Symptoms
On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, Web Workspace, Viewer
Any condition that is not configured at location 5 is getting drawn in the correct position. Conditions with a location of 5 (device center) are getting drawn to the side of the device instead.
Conditions with a location of 5 should be getting drawn over the middle point of the conductor.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: Place a wire-down on a conductor.
The symbol should be on top of the conductor. This bug was causing it to be next to the conductor instead
