Error: "Location is required Field" When Importing CSV File That Has An Entry In the Location Column (Doc ID 2879425.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

For a Line Item Document type (sub-type with Folder structure) Non-Workflow Business Process (BP), export the Line Item (detail form) Template, then import. The import fails due to error "Location is required Field".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------

  1. For the BP, export the Line Item (detail form) Template
  2. Location is mandatory in the template even though it does not exist in the BP's upper form and/or detail form
  3. Populate the Template and make sure the Location has an entry
  4. The import fails with the error "Location is required Field".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When user put in values for this field , it should not trigger the error.
