DMP File Not Getting Generated by Migration Utility In OFSAA 8.1 Due to "Exception occured java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused" Error (Doc ID 2880025.1)

Symptoms

On OFSAA 8.1 version, DMP file is not getting generated while executing Migration utility.

REST Service Authorization configuration has already been performed.

Below error was found in migration.log.



ERROR

Transaction Status {"MESSAGE":"Exception has occured","STATUS":"Transaction failed"}
Exception occured java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

Changes

Environment has been upgraded to 8.1.0 version.
