Cost_event Is Failing For Deal Close Date Modifcation And Not Updating In Future_cost Table (Doc ID 2880248.1)

Symptoms

When an approved deal Close date is modified, it is inserting REM and MOD records in COST_EVENT and COST_EVENT_RESULT. But REM record is processed successfully and MOD record errored with error "@0NO_FC_RECORDS".

Actual result: MOD record is errored in COST_EVENT_RESULT with error "@0NO_FC_RECORDS".
Expected Result: MOD record also need to be processed and Active date of New Close_date+1 need to be present in future_cost table.

Steps to recreate:

  1. Modify Close date of an approved Deal.
  2. Click on Save and Close.
  3. Validate records in COST_EVENT, COST_EVENT_RESULT and COST_EVENT_THREAD.
  4. Validate date in FUTURE_COST.
