Branch 16 Does Not Work For UATB Node (Doc ID 2880365.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC/NCC):

If "macronodeLoopbackBranch16" flag is set to true/enabled in the eserv.config, then call should take the Branch 16 (Continue) of Universal Attempt Termination with Billing (UATB) Feature Node.
But this flag was getting disabled in between the call because of which call was not taking branch 16.
