Unable To Create Usage Charge Offers After Upgrade To BRM 12.0 (Doc ID 2880440.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to BRM 12 following issue is encountered:

The upgrade seems to went well but now it is not possible to create any usage charge offers. loadpricelist complains about invalid RUM even though there was no issue with it before the upgrade. There are several errors in the log file:

 


This RUM has been defined, at least in the CONFIG_CANDIDATE_RUMS_T:
