Crews are attempting to login all day. They can login and get to the start page but, when clicking on start they receive "Server Unreachable".  These crews are contractors who's activities are usually 1-2 minutes each and the shift includes about 250+ activities.

We see similar instances every few weeks with different contractor crews.
