PBRER 6.2 and 6.3 Attachments are not Received Over Email (Doc ID 2881012.1)

Symptoms

User configured PSUR report with PBRER 6.2 and 6.3 sections in report configuration but once report is generated successfully, user not received PBRER 6.2 and 6.3 excel outputs through email.

Observed below error in STATUS_TEXT Column in RPT_TRANSMIT_EMAIL Table:

Example:

"Could not open file ""C:\Temp\PDFReports\PBRER_6_3_XXXXXX PBRER: XXXX Cumilative_684255.xlsx"" for read."

Also observe below error in AG service log for General Email Service  which is always try to process any of such reports and prevent transmitting other reports with correct naming format.

14-Jul-2023, 00:01:05 >> General Email > "E:\Argus_Installation\Argus_App\Argus Safety\AGProc.exe General Email GENERAL EMAIL" started.
14-Jul-2023, 00:01:07 >> General Email > Enterprise XXXX : Can not write file C:\Temp\PDFReports\PBRER_6_2_XXXXX/XXXXX/XXXX_712641.xlsx 10 Emails Processed. 0 Success, 10 Failed.
