Symptoms

Rule execution is failing with the below errors.

[01-05-22 13:24:52,741 GMT PM] [ERROR] [BACKEND] [GenericRDBMSRuleEngine] [executeRule] java.sql.SQLException: Could not execute sql command - Original message: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1.
ORA-12838: cannot read/modify an object after modifying it parallelly.
