Goal

Our Control Tool is configured with a button, BTN_DISPLAY_SCADA_POPUP and displays a PopupMenu "SCADA_POPUP" which has various SCADA control related actions.

How can we set flags based on the currently selected device and its corresponding entries in the SCADA_CONTROLS table?
