Application Hangs/Freezes While Performing Equipment Replacement in Equipment Inventory (Doc ID 2882865.1)

The application freezes when attempting to replace a piece of equipment in Equipment Inventory. The freezing behavior occurs immediately after clicking the "Next >" button on the "Equipment Replacement Assistant - Start" window (w_response_wizard). The application is flagged as "(Not Responding)" by the operating system as indicated on the title bar.

Additional Information

The behavior appears to be related to the replacement of cards having the below criteria:

* Equipment port rate code needs to be higher than the circuit assignment rate code to indicate underutilization.

* 80-90% of the ports on the equipment being replaced should have an active circuit assignment.

* Replacement equipment should have the same rate code for all the ports to trigger underutilization scenario.

* The number of ports in the target equipment should be more than the source (preferably 2X more).
