Symptoms

Getting integrity constraint error while inserting location to already created location list.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error ORA-02291: integrity constraint (RMS.SCF_SXD_FK) violated - parent key not found returned by program unit SIT_SQL.REBUILD_SIT_CONFLICT.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the location list which is already created from RMS application.
2. Try to add location into that location list.
3. Click Save.
