User Enable Rejection Not Working Properly (Doc ID 2884522.1)

Symptoms

On Ofsaa 8.1.1.3.0, User Enable rejection not working properly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in with Sysadmn user, access the User maintenance screen and select a disabled user.
2. Perform the action to enable it and save.
3. Log in with Sysauth and reject this action.

Expected Behavior:

After rejecting the enable request the user must be remain disabled.

 

Actual Behavior:

The user is enabled, which shouldn't be, because the action was rejected.
