Symptoms

Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Access TF UI as Senior supervisor
Step2: Save the view
Step3: Select the alert and click on bulk update
Step4: select the user name in assign drop down list
Step5: Click on save

Actual Behavior:
Unable to Reassign or assign the alert to other users in the drop down list

Expected Behavior:
Senior Supervisor should be able to assign or reassign the alert to others.

Note: Its seems working fine when using default view **
