Points consolidation is considering points from Rescind account

Issue : Points consolidation is considering points from Rescind account (Observed this issue for migrated accounts)

Verify the points at primary account, it is observed that points from rescind account is considered for consolidation.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For migrated accounts, points consolidation shouldn't consider points from Rescind account


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Migrate primary and associated accounts, ensure that points consolidation is marked as ‘Y’
2. Charged off one for the associated account (Loan product)
3. Rescind the above charged off account, through file upload.
