ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

NSF Account Fee # filed is not available on ‘Payment maintenance ‘ screen, when the payment is posted on master account to allocate the payment for associated account.
If the payment is posted for master and associated, Field NSF Account Fee is getting displayed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

'NSF Account Fee #’ Lookup should be available when the payment is posted for master
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a master and associated accounts
2. Post a payment on master account and ensure that payment goes only to associated account.
3. Navigate to payment maintenance screen, search the payment
