Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Project layout is not imported when importing XML file archived in a zip file.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Project layouts should be imported.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log-in to P6 pro for EPPM (connecting using cloud connect protocol).
2. Open a project and save the current layout as a project layout with Japanese name.
3. Export the project to XML (zip) file with all layouts option.
4. Import the zip file exported in step 3, with the option to create a new project.
5. Open the project imported in step 4 and notice that the project layout is not imported.
