Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post the payment through postman.

Step 2 : Check if the alert is created.

Expected result :

Message must be posted and alert should be created without any issue.

Issue Encountered :

User encountered below error while making call through postman after deploying patches.

Postman shows 503 - Service Unavailable after it times out.
