Service Controller Nodes Suddenly Stopped Working (Doc ID 2885248.1)

Last updated on JULY 25, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Converged Application Server - Service Controller - Version 6.1.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The problem is related with the OCCAS Service Controller product version 6.1 and 6.2.
While running traffic with the OCCAS CLI application, some of the connected Service Controller nodes suddenly stopped working and even after restarting the SC processes manually, traffic did not work properly and still had errors also with some java exceptions.

These are the SC6.1 and SC6.2 nodes , they returned internal errors, so the connected OCCAS application did not process traffic and produced errors with the internal error reason.
And also some errors observed related with coherence between PN nodes and some timeouts for communication between PN nodes.
