ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In case of billing due date is changed through monetary transaction, MEA run date next is not changing.

Behavior may be same for DUE DATE CHANGE and DUE DATE CHANGE OVERRIDE
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
MEA run date next is should get changed after billing due date is changed through monetary transactions posting.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: -  Post billing on a loan account (07/8) , MEA run date next is moved to 08/08.
Step 2: - Next user has posted monetary transaction, ‘Pre bill days change ‘ and transaction has changed billing date to 07/16 without changing MEA run date next.
Step 3: - Due to that user has to wait , till 08/8 to run the MEA.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the MEA run date next getting updated after billing due date is changed through monetary transactions posting.
