Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Nothing happens when clicking Actions -> Apply actual in activities page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Apply actual dialog should popup.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 web.
  2. Navigate to activities page.
  3. Click Actions -> Apply actual and notice that nothing happens.
