CS Enhancement Request: Add CustomerID As A CS RT Input Field To Be Displayed In CS Alert (Doc ID 2885665.1)

 In the OOTB configuration, CustomerID is not present in CS RT API input interface. Consequently, 'Customer ID' column is always populated as empty for all CS RT Alerts, and no value is displayed in the corresponding column in 'Customer Screening Alert List' screen. As part of this requirement,  expects the 'Customer ID' search field to work for CS RT Alerts (currently it only works for Batch alerts). Partial search (meaning wildcard search) will be also required for Customer ID field.
