Popup Window For User Credential When User Opens Multiple Documents With AutoVue From Documentum, In VueLink Log The Following Error is Seen: ''Access denied. No user and password are provided.'' (Doc ID 2885753.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open a file using AutoVue from Documentum, a Popup window appears for user credentials when a user opens multiple documents.
Also the following error occurs in the VueLink log.

The VueLink log location is defined by the administrator in the web.xml VueLink configuration file. This is explained on Page 16 of the VueLink Install Guide.

Error:

<FAIL code="8000" message="Access denied. No user and password are provided."/>

Steps to reproduce:

1. Try to view a file using AutoVue from Documentum.
2. Repeat step 1 many times.
3. Notice that at some point there will be a login prompt.
