Object Migration Import Issue (Doc ID 2885908.1)

On Ofsaa 8.1.2, Import of the Object migration fail.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open object migration window and go to the import objects section.

2. Click add to create the import definition.

3. Create an outline, select the dmp file and click apply.

4. select that outline and click import.

Expected Behavior:

Import successfully on target environment.

Actual Behavior:

Import fail.

Issue Encountered:

Below Error encountered in migration log:

[MigrationRestClient] : Transaction Status {"MESSAGE":"Exception has occured","STATUS":"Transaction failed"}

[MigrationRestClient] : Exception occured java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)
