UIM 7.4.1 | CTA Generated Only For One Service Out Of With Multiple Services Present On The Same BI (Doc ID 2886221.1)

Symptoms

 UIM 7.4.1.6  |  Technical Actions (TA)

In a user project , they have a use case, where orders are placed to suspend multiple services in a single order. The order is placed successfully ,but while generation of the Technical Actions, the TA for one of the service is raised but not for the other  service .(Note: Both services are of same service type).

For example: in the order there are 2 services of instance Broadband_CFS, placed for suspension. Order is placed successfully, but TA is generated for only for  one  service instance.

 

Additional Info

By changing the order of the services in the suspend order ,we noticed that 2nd service  is generating the TA while the 1st one is not .
