Frequent Punctual Disconections In Instant Messenging Server (Doc ID 2886349.1)

Symptoms


Observed many punctual disconnects in Oracle Communications Instant Messaging Server (OCIM).

OCIM suffered random lost connections and also was not able to connect the correct number of devices. The issue lasted for 13 hours.

After a restart of the FE and BE servers, the number of connections started to increase very slow, but still, the correct number of devices connected, was not reached.

Due to this issue, users were not able to reconnect.
