Native PSUR Generation Failed During PDF Report Creation (Doc ID 2886729.1)

Symptoms

Issue:

Native PSUR generation in PDF/RFT format failed with the error during the "PDF Report Creation" phase.


Steps:

1. Go to case action > new
2. Create a new case
3. Book-in
4. Open a case form
5. Enter the large volume data in the product tab
6. Save the case

7. Go to Reports > Periodic Report > ICH PSUR
8. Create a new PSUR template and set the criteria that meets the case data
9. In line listing tab, select "Product Name" only
10. Save the report template

11. Select this report template and press the [Print] button
12. Select run using as "Argus Native"
13. Select the report format as CSV
14. Click OK

15. Go to Reports > Compliance > Report Generation Status
16. Monitor the report generation
17. Once the status set as "Generated", download the CSV file
18. Confirm that this PSUR contains only the case created in step1-6 and the large data (i.e., over 32650 bytes) is displayed in the "Product Name" column



19. Go to Reports > Periodic Report > ICH PSUR
20. Select this report template and press the [Print] button
21. Select run using as "Argus Native"
22. Select the report format as PDF or RTF at this time
23. Click OK

24. Go to Reports > Compliance > Report Generation Status
25. Monitor the report generation status
26. It is taking time at the "PDF Report Creation" phase and the report generation eventually failed with error status at the "PDF Report Creation" phase
